Most companies have already decided to do something with AI and get stuck on where to start. So our AI advisory starts in your operations rather than in the technology: we walk through how you work today, find the steps that are repetitive, rule-driven and high-volume, and rank them by how much time they actually cost you.
An AI strategy from us is three things:
- A list of concrete use cases, sorted by value over effort
- A proposal for what to build first, and what deliberately waits
- An estimate of cost and time for that first step
