Techlära builds AI that ships. We are not an agency that hands over a strategy deck and leaves the building to someone else — we write the code, connect the systems and put the solution into production. Johannes Olsson, who runs Techlära, spent ten years as an iOS developer before specialising in AI, and is still the person who builds what you order.
Below is a selection of what we have built: our own App Store apps, AI tools for clients, and internal automations. If you want something similar for your business, it usually starts with a short conversation about what actually takes up time today.
What we build
Engagements vary, but most fall into four categories.
Chatbots and internal assistants
A chatbot that knows your business — your product catalogue, your procedures, your documents. Either customer-facing on the web or internally as support for your service desk. We connect it to your own sources so the answers are yours, not the model’s guesses.
AI agents and automations
The difference from a chatbot is that an agent does something. It reads an incoming email, looks up records in another system and drafts a reply — or works through a batch of invoices and flags what looks wrong. Suited to work you repeat manually many times a week.
Custom apps and tools
Complete products, not prototypes. We have published several apps on the App Store and built web tools such as the derailleur-hanger finder for the bike shop Cykel & Natur, where customers find the right part without knowing the jargon.
Integrations with existing systems
AI becomes useful once it reaches your data. We connect models to ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets and internal databases — and keep sensitive information where it belongs.
How a project runs
We keep it short and concrete. Most engagements follow the same four steps.
Review
A conversation about what takes time in your business and where AI genuinely helps. Often one idea in three is worth building — that is a useful answer too.
Scoping
We define a first version small enough to finish and large enough to notice. You get a clear picture of scope and cost before anything is built.
Build
We build, you see progress as it happens. No months of silence followed by one large delivery.
Deployment and handover
The solution goes live with you. You get documentation and can choose to maintain it yourselves or let us do it.
